Steelers Linebacker, Ryan Shazier, Hospitalized for Spinal Surgery

Ryan Shazier, a linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers, was hospitalized a few weeks ago for spinal stabilization surgery following an injury during the Cincinnati Bengal's game.

The 25-year-old's season is over as he was placed on injured reserve and it is still unclear if he'll ever play football again. Prior to his injury, Ryan Shazier was gearing up for his big payday, which some had projected at $60 million.
